Round one of the BNL Junior Rotax Max championship.
Day 1.
I qualified 3rd overall which put me 2nd on the grid for both heats. Heat 1 I finished 4th, and heat 2 I finished 2nd after leading for a while. This put me 2nd on the grid for the final, which I lead, until I was loaded, so ended up 4th.
Day 2.
I qualified 6th overall, which put me 8th on the grid for both heats. Heat 1 – I only finished 14th due to an engine issue. Heat 2 I finished 11th with a flat front tyre but after a penalty I was classified 18th. So I had to start 20th for the final. After an exciting race, I made up 16 places to finish 4th.
The RS kart was just awesome and we are developing all the time.
